Are you perhaps not from the Philippines? It's the Philippines in particular that seems to be experiencing these issues more strongly. It's also very much possible you could be from the Philippines and be on a different wifi that's not supported by either smart or globe like TETCO and others.
It is also possible that you're using a different service provider of cellular data like TM
I'm only using a free vpn that comes free with the Opera browser which is great cause it's reliable, safe, and free, but I saw others recommend Proton VPN a lot^^
Or you can just install Opera mini if you don't want to use VPN
And it's not really clear when the blocking will be lifted unfortunately :((

Just install Opera mini it works perfectly fine welp on my main phone I'm using VPN on my second phone I use opera mini

ooo no i’m not from the philippines - most likely is the service providers that is blocking them
Which is true for gl*be and also the case for sm*rt/pl*t wifi. I was also facing the same issues and so were my friends. Having a VPN fixes it though if you don't want to or can't use cellular data like TM. There are lots of free vpns I'm using a free one that comes with my browser but you an download one on the appstore or playstore.
