same i feel like now that the author has written that jooah somewhat is self-aware of her own faults and ML dealt it in a way where she had to self-reflect, the author doesn't seem to be going down a revenge route with her. but i think you put it in a good way where she (and kyungmo) would have a satisfying outcome of absolute misery produced by their own actions, and it's like she's already done too much irredeemable stuff to not only ML, who had done nothing but support and love her, but also to taerin who did the same exact things just at a smaller scale simply because they haven't known each other as long. like those actions she's done against them deserves some sort of backlash. the way kyungmo's self-destruction also doesn't feel super satisfying either, since it kinda feels like taerin is cutting him SO much slack (like calling him deep-down a good person when he broke into her house, slandered her name, and cheated on her is crazy).
Yknow at the beginning and middle of the story, kyungmo seemed to be more of a normal antagonist and the levels of how bad he was was equivalent to jooah. But tbh, idk what’s going on with the writing, but it seems like more recently they’ve been turning his character more into a ridiculous clown. Like now he’s giving off comedic dumb vibes that are not meant to be taken seriously. It also feels odd that now it feels like due to this change in personality, they’re shifting all blame/consequences onto him only.
It feels so weird cause I feel like the author really wants jooah to be forgiven and portrayed as pitiful now, just cause she seemed to calm down. But I guess the story still needs to have some conflict and drama so the author wanted to push all negative stuff on kyungmo alone and let him take the full fall? When I see revenge stories, I like to see them played through to the end, to every single person who wronged the mc. I don’t exactly enjoy it when one gets forgiven or the lesser revenge because one is more liked or the other is less liked. It just irritates me I guess cause maybe they hinted that jooah would get more of a free pass early on since that time people called her out on being a homewrecker/cheater at school and then taerin had to be the angel and defended her (despite being the one that implied it in the first place for everyone to see).
Like are we supposed to forget she tried to be a homewrecker at least TWICE behind the scenes/during the filming of the show?? So that’s at least three times of being a homewrecker. Once actually stealing mc’s man, other two times trying to steal mc’s current man again. I’m 100% convinced she’s only mellowed out now cause her kyungmo isn’t great and she’s not getting the fame she wanted. Had her bf actually been some dreamy ideal dude and she’d gotten the fame, I think she would’ve still been smug and looking down on the mc. She only is acting this way now cause she lost everything. She has not apologized yet to mc and I don’t think it would be sincere enough anyways.

Honestly my bare minimum hope when it came to the revenge is if it played out that jooah and kyungmo just make each other miserable and constantly be mad and fight with each other to the end while seething with jealousy as taerin and yoonsik happily move on with their lives. MC and ML don’t even need to do anything. What I want is at least the two cheaters create their own misery by using their own selfish and attention-seeking personalities naturally.
