Juhan and Hyunwoo cooperating to protect their guys is so important. Yeah the good cop/bad cop 4 routine is really funny, but it also shows the company that Chronos is united. None of them are happy about this, and if they take action as a group, the company can’t pin it on a scapegoat.
Like, it really sucks that it had to get to this point, but Chronos has set that boundary that this is unacceptable management and the precedent that they are willing to make public moves to protect themselves. Fingers crossed this doesn’t have to happen again. (Side note: I believe their current managers are genuinely trying to help, but it’s that classic middle management problem where their hands are tied. This isn’t ALWAYS true but it’s better for idols when their managers are willing to try.)
