Nah, they always drop a series when it's licensed. Most scan groups do so, since it would be rude to the author to compete with the officials.
Translators usually drop it after the officials come put. But I get you, some groups do such a good job that the officials just ain't it

Ikr~ like 'Don't Mess with the Puppy' isn't even that usual that they need to fucking change --downgrade rather the Title to fucking 'Paws and Claws'. Like, where's the identity.
