I mean other than that she only lived up until the age of 17 (or less) with less knowledge and understanding of her environment she was literally abused and lied to her whole life in her first life, she's not reincarnated from another world(Is she not I forgot?) That's normal behavior, in my opinion. Teenagers are childish, especially when they feel comfortable and safe around people. They tend to act childish, be noisy, or even cry and feel sad if they're scared or threatened.
Jeez sounds like none of you had a good teenage years no offense lmao let's not compare teenagers to adults please sometimes they can be smart AF but that doesn't mean they are full pledge adults with adults minds and experience.

People who didn’t experience their childhood (in our MC's perspective, it's her childhood, but for others, it could be their teenage years) will repay all those experiences they missed once they become adults or gain more freedom and independence.
For example, our MC didn’t get to express herself like a child she couldn’t laugh, smile, cuddle or hug someone. She didn’t even get a chance to play like a child, have toys, or make friends. Now that she’s in a better environment, she acts childish, she’s repaying the experiences she missed out in her first life.
That's sad but normal it's not weird at all. It's not weird or harmful it's called healing it's means your getting better
