Went off to a great start but the last 10 or so chapters made me so irritated. Spoilers 1. MC was too lenient on his father and overall just lets him getaway with shit without even telling him off. Even until the end... He shouldve just stood up for himself and kicked him out. The hug scene with the father just made me cringe.
2. The money. Why tf would you burn the money? Also a statement mc made in the early chapters was something along the lines of "hard earned money is better than winning the lottery so I shouldn't think about winning it" was kinda stupid since he was is debt and beggars cant be choosers. I know he donated the money which is good but the part where he just burned it just made me physically roll my eyes with how stupid it is.
Overall this was an 5/10. The story kept jumping in the middle of conversations/scenes even when it wasnt finished so it was kinda annoying and hard to read. The final 10 chapters made you feel like the author just wanted to end this quickly so she decided to drop the good plot she was cooking and just rushed. Although I can definitely give a 8/10 if you exclude the final 10 or so chapters. I don't normally write these long reviews but it was kinda disappointing how much potential this manhwa had which we never got to see.
Unfortunately, I agree with you.. Sohan's father's return almost ruin the whole reading experience for me. Just when I thought the things he got off scott free with is already bad, it just kept getting worse and worse.. I hope he dies in a ditch somewhere with nothing or no one around him
