Li Shou has his own story(novel and manhwa), it’s was translated in this site too. ( search “Who cares”. He met his own partner, it’s ML’s cousin whose ML sent to distract him away from MC.
Btw, the authors wrote many novels with MC or ML was related to each author (It’s called 188 series) other than Sissy and Who cares, “Yet you love a guy like him” MC is friends with this story ML, Adrian( the blue haired friend) has his own series, and “Drunk in love” is part of 188 series too
Ikr, but it’s better than MC still have feelings for ML anyway. It was too unrealistic if MC still love him or end up loving him considering what ML did to him

I think ML did cheat on like ch 37 or 38 here, but that’s in the past by now. He deserves to rot idc.
Oh sorry for my English, I mean he did cheat in the past, but the comment below concerning if he would cheat in the future too. Since there has been “rumor spoiler” that he would cheat again in novel.
In Novel, after they get together in the end, he doesn’t cheat.

Let’s me answer to something question based on my memory.

1. First thing you have to know, you can consider the end as “Bad ending” for mc
The young guy didn’t stab ML, ML purposely stab himself, to gain MC empathy.
MC know the truth later and doesn’t fall for it. BUT, ML sister FORCED him to be with ML by threatened him.
2. Again, MC doesn’t love ML even when they’re already married for like 2 years. Instead, he didn’t believe ML actually love him. He want to be free from ML but he can’t. Then in the extra chap, after 2 years the situation seem to improve after some event.
3. The event I mentioned, is where the rumor “Cheating” come from. ML didn’t cheat. ML really love MC, feel guilty by his past behavior, he feel like walking on glass since they married. ML doesn’t have courage to cheat. The situation is, he went to a party threw by his friend/cousin then someone approached him and that’s it, they didn’t go further. Then someone take a picture and sent it to MC.
After that ML actually scared how MC would react, but MC didn’t ask anything and pretend like nothing happened. ML know later that it’s not because MC trust him, but because MC didn’t trust him from the start. MC think ML would lose interest in him someday and he never hope to be with ML for like 10-20 years. So when received the photo all MC think is “Oh the time come”
ML was heartbroken while knowing what MC think of him. Yk, after the story is actually the true redemption arc of his, he behaves and show sincerity for 2 years. but despite all of it MC didn’t trust him one bit ( I actually laughed out loud reading this chapter cause ML deserved this)
4. Well, after they fighting and communicating for the first time, MC start to think about how they should talk to each other more since they’re living together. so i think their relationship will be improved after this.
5. By the end I still think MC doesn’t love ML,lol
