If I can remember correctly. No, he isn't any one of them, he actually knows about Karen's curse bc Karen's mother had told him at a young age since he believed everything about the regression part? Anyways, he's actually a good guy who's trying to help Karen, which is what's he's doing in the most recent chapter!! He loves Karen btw.
