I have a DDD (E) breast and they're really big so I can wear low cut shirts and my whole boobs form pop out plus it's also the fashion of that era think like Bridgerton! Also larger breast weight more and therefore are affected by gravity too like everyone and everything else. With time they can sag or their breast are just like that esp with s big areola area and nipples, they point DOWNWARDS (hihi that's me!). Women with large breast need a lot of support or always have to wear bras because there's a ton of side effects.
