A male prostitute gets sick, he's sent to the country side to get better but it's also cause the master is sick and doesn't want to worry the prostitute, the doctor he's staying with is tasked to fix the prostitute and make medicine for the master, the doctor falls in love with the prostitute and neglects his medicine for the master or sabotaged it (not quite sure which it was), prostitute can't be honest with himself so his horns grow (like Pinocchio), master dies, prostitute finally honest and horns fall off, now they're happy together but now it seems the doctor is lying to himself and his horns don't break the surface (indicating a demon within not seen) the end
