They make them go to catch 5 enemies, and in the middle modify the report to put 6 enemies, so that 6th person can kill them when their guard is down after beating the 5th enemy.
Someone in the central works with the bad guys, and wants this two men gone.

Because he said it's not the first time, or is someone trying to kill the mc because he said it's similar with his past esper? Maybe both? Can anyone explain to me?
