Ngl, it reminds me of those villages in the past that would sacrifice the innocents to their gods; sacrificing innocents be it a baby, child, virgin, woman, and/or man, just to have good weather, good crops/harvest, blessings for the village, and/or protection from or driving away a threatening intruding entity. I’m just hoping this practice is abolished now that science and technology has broaden our knowledge. I’m sure it has lessened, but I don’t think it will ever be zero.
