I was literally just thinking the same. I vividly remember Evangel being discovered by the others and Rachel hugging her. And no it wasn’t a novel I’m 100% sure it was manga. I feel like I’m gaslighting myself lmao

It was because the author didn't like the overall design of the settings/characters, such Jonghak being blonde instead of white haired. They do look much better now.

I'm not looking forward to the scene where the MC abandons his daughter with Rachel in the og. Hopefully the ones working on this change that section of the story
Im re reading this and i felt like there’s a chapter where evangel (the little kid who was a seed) she got discovered by MC teammates accidentally (including the princess). Also i feel like there’s a chapter where the brother already wake up.
