Karel is ride or die. Sasya's a weak selfish prick that took "losing" Karel to get a mediocre of appreciation to show from Sasya. The first chapters is literally Karel doing and giving everything for Sasya, and Sasya is ungrateful for all of it

Sasha is mentally ill, however that doesn’t mean he never loved Karel. I think he loved Karel a lot but never knew how to accept nor show his love. I hope that Sasya could get rid of his mental illness and live happily ever after with Karel

I beg to differ. At first, Sasha may have taken Karel's love for granted, using it as a means of survival. Yet, as time passed, he did come to love him in return. Sasha's heart was guarded, wrapped in the scars of past trauma, making it difficult for him to embrace others fully. But deep inside, it was clear that he cherished Karel just as much. This became apparent in the flashbacks, when they shared moments together, and though Sasha took too long to understand his own emotions, the truth was always there. As the saying goes, "You only realize the value of something when it's gone." Sasha only fully recognized his love for Karel when he thought he had lost him, and that thought shattered him.
