Looking for an omegaverse

All i remember is a scene where the omega is at the clinic for his second pregnancy and theres a mother there who recognized him? He and Alpha were shocked about his second pregnancy..oh and omega went out to have lunch with a mother while his son played with the daughter. Sorry, out of order, but overall this omega gets along with other mothers and was sad he had to give birth a second time lol
