A lot is happening, but can we just talk about that art improvement. HOLY! I stopped reading in the middle of the second couples story, so i don't know if it looks like this at the end of the original. I'm so proud of the artist, it looks so much better.
But to talk about Byul. In my opinion I'm just so chocked to see him all grown up. My mind is blown (especially because I haven't touched love is an illusion for so long). it is kinda weird, yeah it's fiction, but that baby is no longer a baby, and I think because he's been a baby for so long in the original we associate him more as a baby then an adult. And i can see how that's weird. For the author it would feel like grooming, cause they birthed him in a sense, and have him grow up to be able to write a spin off with 18+ content. But I'm sure (hopefully) they are only doing what they have to do to make a living (of course they could write a new story, but LIAI is popular so why not keep it going, ig.) Yeah, i know it's fiction, nothing that's happening in these bls are real, BUT we as a reader can't help but think of them as real, so we automatically associate our real life as their real life (if that makes sense....)
Please dont spread more hate and let's just enjoy our next read from this author and if you feel to uncomfortable with byul, maybe read something else it's alright. At least i won't judge you if you do <3
