they adopted. they talked about ways of having a child and came to this conclusion

yeah. don't remember which chapter tho. they had a fight because heesoo wanted dojun to continue his blood line and was even okay with him having a child w some one else but raise the child together. dojun was against it. they talked and found out that they just want a child to raise, doesn't matter biologically or not. and it was shown in the last panel that they were in their backyard, talking and laughing with a young girl.
