Condolences. I think it means a lot you think of her after such an emotional chapter, it's sad they have to go.
I think she knew you loved her, though. They forget us but they don't forget the love and care they felt from us.

I lost my grandma last month She died one month and a day short of her 100th birthday. 1924 to 2024!
Thankfully, she wasn't ailing, she was up and about. In the end, her heart just met it's time. But her memory had started to decline these last years. I wonder if my gran also kept such a notebook ╥﹏╥
This chapter was unexpected and hit hard.
