I think this is a trope in yaoi fiction. When u have a fever, instead of paracetamol, u boink it out instead. Same with colds, fuck cold medicine and how drowsy it makes u, just pass it to the idiot that will kiss you
Also idk but last time I remember a fever for men literally makes them act like their dying so idk how he got even the life force for that, and also if someone was taking care of me during a fever the last thing I have in my mind is getting my freak on with them.
