Yes because the Nephthys outside the mirror made an agreement with Osiris to get her pregnant with a child (ofc we know that the child is Anubis) but lie to Seth that Anubis is Seth's child so that everyone is happy. Remember this Nephthys believes that she's in love with Osiris. All her original memories of loving Seth are replaced with loving Osiris

It's her memories that are fake, but she's a real person (like, a real patient that got lobotomized (as in, who got her brain f***cked over with) completely without her permision. Unlike the one inside the mirror (who's only the "embodiment" of her lost memories), the one outside is the real Nephthys (as in, not an impostor pretending to e her, or a copy of her created with magic, but herself), just with a completely erased and rewritten memory. Lobotomized. That's why I said, "girl's been completely screwed over".
It still stands that the outside neph is a fake. Because her memories are altered, it makes her a fake. Her body might be real, but SHE(spiritual, emotion, mental) isn’t. Hence what I mean when I say the outside is a fake. If she hadn’t been tricked, the mirror her would’ve been the real her.
