Okay here we go.. Short version

This is Ido & Sejin 2nd life together. In this 2nd life Ido is determined that Sejin has a good life.
Just like now in the 1st life Ido & Sejin were an arranged marriage. At 1st Ido didn't like being forced to married Sejin. The beginning was rocky but eventually down the line they grew comfortable with each either and actually started caring for each other. Ido treated Sejin well and vice versa. Until Sejin dad made him betrayed Ido by stealing some important company documents which resulted in a big mess with Ido company. Ido feeling betrayed started mistreating Sejin & Sejin feeling horrible and guilty accepted the mistreatment. Well throughout the mistreatment Ido still realize he had feelings for Sejin and decided he was going to help Sejin. Because somewhere along the timeline Sejin family company get exposed for bribery,money laundering, theft, corruption, stealing just bad things. && Sejin piece of shit father makes Sejin takes the fall for it all. So Ido decides even tho he is angry with Sejin he is going to help him because he does care for Sejin & Also some stuff brewing with Ido brother in the background. Ido doesn't communicate this with Sejin tho. So throughout all this Sejin is just basically becoming a shell of himself depressed Asf. Sejin ends up going into a heat at home while Ido is out. Ido tells his asshole brother that he has a gift for him at the house. (The gift is actually files of corruption that his brother done signifying that he is going to prison). Well when that piece of shit of brother gets there he runs into Sejin in heat thinking that the gift was Letting him sleep with Sejin. So basically the brother ends up raping Sejin( Sejin stops fighting after while because he believes that Ido set him up to be rape by his brother because of him still be angry with him. At this point he thought Sejin hated him). ( This is also why Sejin have been having horrible dreams in this timeline it's from the rape). So when Ido gets home he sees Sejin pretty much smells & looking like he got fucked. Ask Sejin what happened and instead of Sejin clarifying that he was rape he just said He sleep with his brother. So Ido believes it was consensual gets upset and feels betrayed again by Sejin ends up raping Sejin too. Sejin ends up pregnant by this time he beyond depressed he has withered up. Since Sejin didn't know who the dad was he decided to just end his life with a gun that Ido keeps in his office.Ido discovers what Sejin did and is so distraught because he realize he love Sejin. He ended up getting his brother thrown in jail and made those suffer then he decided to take his life too because he couldn't live without Sejin. Both get a redo Ido automatically has his previous memories Sejin does not cause they aren't bonded yet. ( In the novel Sejin eventually gets all his memories back once they bond and we get a chasing arc. With Ido basically begging Sejin back and collapsing himself.) (we also get to see Sejin finally revealing the truth to Ido about what really happened with the brother and rape. & How he felt awful because he didn't know who the father was & Ido ends up telling Sejin that the baby was his because he could smell it and feel it's bond). They end up reconciling and have a good ending. Those who hurt Sejin are punished. All well ends well.
