yeah. i've seen a lot of comments saying that his character design is basic, and his backstory is not enough for him to be the mc compared to others bc his parents are alive and love him (it's so lame tbh)
People can't like Mc with happy family, weird world we live in.

Isagi is THE goat, the best and my most favourite mc. this manga is literally peak and it would def not be the same w/o Isagi, he is what shapes Blue Lock and lastly, not all heroes hail from tragic backgrounds- it's their mindset and goals that what really matters. those who slander Isagi do not have a slightest bit of taste.
