It was Chowon's daughter since the beta guy couldn't get an omega pregnant let alone a dominant one, although he don't have any problem with accepting Chowon's child as his own..so I think he got through some medical procedures I guess.
Basically Dojun during his Rut mentioned about having a Kid with the beta which was of course he said under the influence of his Rut but that took a toll on the his partner Heesoo(Beta) so he becomes adamant about having a child of Dojun by other means so that his superior genes doesn't go to waste (as per the Beta) but then he realises that it was hurting Dojun, so he apologized to Dojun and had discussion about other ways of having kids and Boom at the end of the chapter there was a little girl sitting with them, so I thought it was adoption because she and Byul are in the same class.... hehehehehe sorry for Rambling
did dojun and heesoo got a child too?but is it he is a beta..did he turn to omega????holy cow
