it's okay to do stuff like that my mom and dad's left stuff on to boil or steam cook for like 1 to 2 hours before depending on what it is and gone to like stores and outings and stuff like that come home it was okay it's safe as long as you know what you're doing LOL
is call shimmering, a lot of asian broth soups shimmer overnight to get all the flavor out of the bones.

yes i'm asian too. but we don't leave them alone like that, especially if we're operating a business. at least one person ot worker should've stayed back to make sure nothing goes wrong.
some cultures boil broth for 12 hours i think it's fine
I'm Mexican and we do this to the beans lol we let em cook on their own and never watch em. I see it would be a safty hazard but since we have been doing it for years and no fire or accidents we never stopped lol
no way hes just gonna let em boil on their own for an hour
