well in the story at first they got a dog. and for the kid it is implied on official arts (there's official art with byull with dojun's & chowon's kid)
they adopted. am too lazy to check what chapter they did tho lol
At the end of their side story you can see them hanging out in their backyard w their dog and there's a little girl sitting at the table w one of them (kinda hard to spot honestly so I get why you didn't notice)

It's been a while since I read the original but I do notttt remember anything about Dojun and Heesoo having a kid? All I remember is them talking about how they couldn't have one since Heesoo is a beta? Was there a chapter that I somehow missed where they adopted a kid??
