I do believe it's this, if not it's by the same author as this one as the art is very distinctive. It's a good manga, not the best not the worst.

Well, I don't exactly know what manga is that (I only read yaoi now) , but from the manga art style I think it's one of ikeyama go's manga (maybe, idk) http://www.mangago.zone/r/l_search/?name=ikeyamada%20go
