he simply took seth seeds that was already inside nepthys womb..u can see he was looking to her tummy while she was talking, after all he was the god of life and he can feel the smallest form of life even the sperms
wait, little theory, was this before or after osiris took seth's seed? Because if you look closely, he has the same goblit and vase of wine that he had when seth confronted him. When seth confronted him, he drugged him and gave him the wine and he drank it all up and he didn't have any. He started the war for that mirror so he can trick seth into loving him instead, that means he was waiting for seth to come find him, but nethphys found him instead. While they are talking, he doesn't take a drink of the wine, was it because it was meant for seth? Did he have what he needed to drug seth and rape him? But then again, he doesn't have nephthys ability of creation to even begin making "their child", so maybe he wasn't going to drug seth but it just makes me wonder.
