i dont remember any rape but there is a kiss that can be considered cheating (i hate cheating) but in this story it kinda makes sense if you understand the ML and why he acts the way he acts (he does explain it iirc)
So the characters are complex in a way they think kissing someone ur not with is okay ? Lol id rather read about possessiveness but not careless
mc thinks ml cheated but to be fair they weren't in a relationship yet but ml's character is the complex one (he is possessive tho when he realize how he really feels about mc)
