Idk about the other apps this might be on but on Manta you pay 5 dollars a month and you can just read it as it is updated no extra charge to stay up to date. Though they have been adding new series for extra charge, which sucks, but this one isn't. You can also read the translated novels on there for money.

i’m not able to buy the manhwa (i even use vpn to enter here), do people pay for these short chapters or since they are free, author makes them short because of that? idk why but season 3 is kinda off comparing to first two.
