Could it be this one? Cuz i feel like i've too seen the reel. The immortal girl is silver haired and she is woken from her deep slumber by a Vampire, who seems to be a person from her past. He cares and tries to cheer her up from her depressed state, as we are let known that her beloved passed away (a black haired guy w light colored eyes)*while Sad music played in the background*. But she can't forget her lover and is blatantly uninterested of the new guy, but she has such poor mental health atm that she jeta him do whatever to her, from bathing her to kissing....
If it rings a bell, that reel was an edit from the latest chapters. As the main character and copule are the witch and black haired guy. So him passing away is actually a spoiler.

It goes like this: girl (mc??) is like an immortal or mortal, I am not sure, and her uhh love interest or friend just died(?) and she looked lifeless and stuff and there’s this other guy that loves(?) and I think that guy was a vampire?? This is all the reel was about— I think? Somehow, there’s this part of me that thought the girl is also a witch?
