It's not cruel or that toxic it does have rape at the beginning but it gets better. The alpha is understanding and takes responsibility

It's been a while since I've read this but I've read this for at least 4 times and I don't remember any incident of the ML raping the MC. If anything it could just be the dubious kind but there's no devastation or trauma to the MC afterwards. I remember the ML being the green flag while the MC being the reddest flag.
