No, I just read a lot of spoilers, and I don't like mind games trope and I felt bad for the MC. So I'll wait first hoping they will change some things.
I got some spoiler to man... I'm sad... But I'm waiting for another person to spoiled me just in case the first spoiler I read is a bit hyperbole there is some stuff they say that a bit much than what I read in the story so far, so I'm hopeful
from the spoilers that i know/read, dohyun isn't actually a red flag. his actions later in the story just pissed some people, making them forget all his green deeds and branded him immediately as red flag. then people who read that spread it that it got snowballed. ppl who actually read the novel were confused as to where that "dohyun red flag" came from because from what they know, altho dohyun did have actions that emotionally hurt mc, he's green flag though and through.
