This is really real I can relate. My worst is hyperventilating 5 minutes into my presentation and being carried by the principal to the hospital. I got dizzy asf seeing everyone’s eyes on me lol it do be hard asf, not an exaggeration from the mc
I remembered that one time when my prof required us a self introduction in front of the whole class. when it was my turn, i couldn't even get up from my seat and my classmates' attention overwhelmed me to the point of tearing up. so guys, dont underestimate social anxiety. it's really really hard, trust me
