I wouldn't say you NEED to read it since it focuses more on the main couple and the alpha on this story is just a side character that has a crush on the omega from the main story, but I would recommend it since it's pretty good, hope I made sense (≧∀≦)
Not really. One caveat is seeing ML here quite differently from Omega Complex. He was in his best behaviour there. He's more...how do I say it...playfully flirtatious here. The difference is nice. Personally I feel so anyway. I like the couple here more tho than the original so there's also that. You really aren't missing much if you don't read the other one.
