The Islam chapters were HUGELY mistranslated

So, I couldn’t stand the translation on here and went to Webtoon to read the official one (which you can read completely for free by watching ads). The Islam chapters were so badly translated here.

In the real translation, the halal instant foods idea was stolen from Mr Yu’s sister, and the only issue was that another company launched a Islam instant food brand first and their company was accused of plagiarizing the idea. Nothing negative was said about the religion. Miss Yu (can’t remember her first name at the moment) said it was the second biggest religion in the world and they needed instant food options that were halal.

Plagiarism of the halal instant foods idea was the issue. Nothing about the religion itself.

NOTHING derogatory was said about Islam. She literally said it’s the second biggest market of consumers. Jiwon remembered her douchebag ex losing money in stocks because the other company launched the Muslim food line first. She told Miss Yu to let the thieving manager take her idea since someone would need to take the fall for the plagiarism accusations brought on by the other company. It would make their stocks plummet and it would get Mr Park fired.
