I'd say Don't Mess With The Puppy as well. It's not the same theme, but it has a similar humor. Plus, the puppy is very funny.
Not in the same category, but with similar style of humor, is Dragon Making Love and Punch Drunk Love (both by the same author). Same for It's Not Like That, Boss - I giggled a lot the first time I read it.
Now, a completely different story, with a heavy plot, but that cracks me up because of the characters being silly is Regas. I particularly love the faces the author draws.
