So I'm looking for this manga, and I could've sworn it was by Kanda Neko but I guess I'm getting it confused with Kokoro.
It's about a (college student??) who finds this grungey looking man on the streets (i think he's sick? Or getting beat up?) and so the student takes him back to the apartment. He looks all hobo-ish but then when he cleans up he looks nice. Also he has this big dog!!! And he's actually really rich.
