When Wooyeon had a hard time breathing while hurting Inseob later on, he doesn't know why his throat is blocked or something so he result to vomiting. But it was actually bec hes confused about the emotion he was having and dont know how to handle it. Hes hurting so much and he actually wanna cry but he cant bec he doesnt know. I was cring bunch when i read this in the novel. It was tragic for Inseob but dang it hurts so good.
