I kinda understand why they're adapting the strategy because it's easier to keep releasing updates, which they could probably profit more from. Mangas often take months before releasing another chapter. Years before, it was mangas dominating the updates section, now it's mostly webtoons.
I guess I'm just kinda sad that the authentic form of manga is slowly getting erased. I just hope it won't become obsolete because it has it's unique charms that webtoons does not have.
Tbh same my complaint as a old manga reader it's such a shame cuz of webtoon influence among readers mangas has to take such major step webtoon don't have such charm as manga format has
