Should I read this

Major storyline spoilers, beware.

So the seme and uke meet when kids, fall in love but then someone goes after the seme and kidnapped them both(he's the child of a successful/wealthy family) the uke gets hurt in the process. Because of the trauma and believeing his love is dead because of him, he loses his memories (the details of "his omega" but not his existence entirely)
He's then grows up tormented, uses money to do what he wants and have sex with betas that could never replace 'his only omega'.

... Until this man shows up and asks to be his bodyguard, this man that is willing to do anything the seme asks. So seme assumed he was just money hungry, so the seme kept pushing him, making his bodyguard watch him having sex with his flings and clean up the after math. Their relationship turns sexual, he gets more and more obsessed with this man that reminds him of his first and only lost love.
Once he starts accepting his obsession with the bodygard, things start coming to the surface and slowly the truth starts coming out, his father lied to him as a child and his first love didn't die. But will he be able to convince his uke to love him again after all the horrible things he did to him is the past year, not knowing he was his loss love?

So yes, seme is pretty damn toxic.

Yes there is rape (seme with his flings as well as ordering uke for sex regardless of his feelings)
Uke gets kidnapped and molested (no penetration)

Ends with male pregnancy

They is a couple double posted chapters that have more explicit art (way more hickey, bites, shows blood and semen leaking from his hole. Art goes from him being naked in the shower covered in marks, to him in the shower being completely covered by bubbles)

Over all, I thinks it's worth the read, I whipped it out in a day. Sad there's no side stories or anything, feels like it should have some. I've definitely read a lost worse! Hope this helps! Sorry if it's difficult to read lol

Ugh what chapter did ML make MC watch him have sex? Was it just in one chapter or more than once? And what chapter does he (estimated) stop with the flings?

Pretty much from the get go (chap 2?) ML makes MC be in the area protecting him/watching and dealing with fling when done. Their physical relationship starts chap 7, but flings still going on. chap 18 is in the middle/ beginning of the fling rape, before having to be carried away, ML makes MC taking his spot (this sex is why MC bleeds from his hole) I also believe this is when ML starts becoming attached to MC and I believe it's that last fling ML had, and orders MC to take care of his needs instead
