If you're from the Philippines, then I can explain why you're having a problem. People with PLDT or Globe as their wifi providers are currently having problems accessing this site. My theory is that this site has been blocked by the said internet providers as they have been actively blocking 'malicious' and 'illegal' sites these past few years.
Fortunately, you can still use mobile data or use pocket wifi (like what I'm doing) to access the site.
Though I don't really recommend it, you can also use VPN to solve your problem if mobile data is not that good in your area.
Yes we're actually from the Philippines and I believe she's using PLDT that might be the case. She told me when she's using her data it was working fine but you know bruh data is freaking expensive
