i think... you'd still feel that in certain places or cultures. altho I'd like to say "oh the wedding is about the couple". you're right but sometimes family members dictates a lot in a wedding in certain places.

Another thing, it's Judith's wedding why the fuck are those old bags trying to manage every fucking choice she makes, it's her day not theirs, the old fucking previous king all over again, at least the current king is somewhat sane, but this scene pisses me off so much.
