I just finished the raws and I hated Kou as well, but it looks like he was trying not to fall in love and that's why he slept with the 2 other guys. After the 2nd guy is when he realized he was in love. I mean, he was picturing him while embracing another. He even cried when he realized he lost him. So I hate and like Kou. I didn't want them to end up together at first, but then I seen how much Kou was suffering and how much he loved him. So end the end, I was rooting for their relationship.
Shino doesn't deserve to stay with him I don't care if Kou suffers this will teach him that we don't play with the feelings of others (︶︿︶)＝凸
