Possibility dates for chapter 78 are on the 4/18 or 4/19 (Tuesday & Wednesday). The upload might delay since the authors have health issues which is why the manga chapter might upload at the 19th of April (usually upload it at the 8th,18th,28th of every month-occasionally uploads 1 day before the real uploaded date-), but I recommend you to check "Last Updates" because it shows the updated manga faster than the giving notifications that the domainers gives you the day before. -is what @Rob_21 is saying (i think? lol) (๑•ㅂ•)و✧
