Rutta to Kodama has that pretty much exactly, though browsing through my read lists it's the only one I can can find that does. However I have a couple that are close-ish with the rougher seme who later turns out to also be a total sweet heart, so I'll share those just in case they work our for y'all, Kono Ore ga Omae Nanika sukinahito na wakenai, and 100-Ban wa Uketsukemasen! Also there's Kawaisa Amatte Nanika ga Hyakubai which is a bigger departure from what you were looking for but it does have rougher but possessive semes that are loving in their own weird ways.
