If I remember properly in one of the early chapters jjk did mention people gift him a lot of expensive wine bottles so that's why he has them.

Here I was wondering why someone who doesn’t drink has an extensive wine collection….of course it was for the standard alcoholism arc xD But our JK has a lot going on, alcohol, sleep paralysis and migraines, an injury and a lost champion title…and no.1 loss; Kim Dan. Not only JK is suffering though! Our boy Dan is also crying in a corner somewhere..
