Yo i just discovered that yesterday
If your wifi's internet provider is Globe then that's the reason why you're having problems with this website. I think it's because Globe has been actively blocking 'malicious' and 'illegal' sites from being accessed by their consumers.
I have the same problem but got it all solved when I used a pocket wifi with smart sim.
You're problem will also be solved if you have a Smart/TNT sim and use mobile data.

The funny thing is my wifi is globe as well as my sim card HAHAHA. it works okay on data and now that I'm connected to pldt. I'll try it again at home.
