This manga feels so dark and cruel, yet so vibrant and beautiful at the same time. Each character is like a star, shining through the blackness and lighting the world even after death. Perhaps the plot was not always clear, but in every chapter, my heart was touched by joys of dying and sorrows of living. I am not usually one to express a lot of outward emotion over stories and art, but this author's power and passion brought me to the verge of tears.
omg I'm so bad at expressing these kinds of thoughts. Great comment! haha but when you said "dark" vs "vibrant" my first thought was, 'but it's in black and white...' how ironic
