In the first season, no. But it looks like it MIGHT turn out to be like that in the second season. I haven't read any of the second season yet myself. So I can't say for sure. I'm waiting until it's finished. LOL.
But, the first season's ending was a pretty good place to leave off if I decide not to finish it later.

Wonjae's body is still alive and Jihoon's soul is in it. Jihoon was Youngmin's first love. And he's going to come in to the picture.
