Sion was about 10 years old? when slave hater made the proposal and 5 years later (aka when slave hater expects fl's response) sion wouldn't have awakened his powers yet so he has no influence. I also imagine that panel in the oneshot is when fl learns of his feelings maybe? bc I think I remember her blushing a little.
